About Us
We are a brotherhood of lived-experience leaders who turned our pain into purpose. Formerly affiliated with street life, we now operate as The REDEEM TEAM—working to interrupt cycles of trauma, incarceration, and lost potential.
Our Why
We know the streets. We know the system. And we know there’s another way. Our leadership brings first-hand knowledge, street credibility, and a relentless belief in transformation.
Parents can’t do it alone.

It’s up to us to reach and teach youth –like no other can!
